“Quaint little place in the mountains, quiet. Beds were comfortable.”

“Our family had a lovely stay in Phoenicia at the "cozy bungalow." It was very pleasant to walk to town and the bungalow itself was indeed cozy. Enjoyed the sauna probably even more than expected after a long (cold, rainy) hike. Host provided excellent communication for any concerns.”

“Location is great; close to a lot of hiking opportunities and right in the middle of breathtaking scenery. The house was clean and provided excellent accomodations.”

“Everything they had and offered was great just a few small things. Some light switches weren’t labeled. light switches to some things that were supposed to work didn’t turn on. There was no indication of a security camera though.”

“We loved the home and location, was a bit disappointed that a washer and dryer were not available but upon reading the house information again I realized that a washer and dryer were not listed so that’s my fault. The house is about 1 1/2 hours from the Bethel Museum that covers the Woodstock music festival. The museum is awesome. The scenery is beautiful and lots of hiking trails. Unfortunately for us it rained the entire trip.”

“First of all, very impressed with everything provided in the cabin pretty much everything we can think of was already there so we definitely overpacked.. The property was amazing crossing down into the river in the backyard with the fire ring was especially a very cool experience. The big side property was great for a little wiffle ball game with my nephew…. Close by down the road was a nice hike to the fire tower. Overall, an excellent experience. Big plus on Wi-Fi since there’s zero cell……

“Needed a quiet place to get away and focus on developing some business processes and this was an excellent choice. Only regret is that I never made it into the sauna. ”

“The house is a beautiful example of mid century modern design in the vein of Wright's Usonian houses. The amenities are fantastic - we loved the heated pool!”

“House was nice enjoyed our stay .. the only issue we had the two upstairs bedrooms were hot with no ac’s..maybe being put in later .. overall enjoyed the house .. ”
