“Communication was great throughout whole experience. House is very nice with a big backyard for the dogs. We highly recommend this host.”

“I was escaping a hurricane and got all the way to Jacksonville and after midnight which means you can’t reserve anything else same day and the just emails and says sorry it’s over booked and basically no remorse so my family of 5 and one service dog had to be homeless for a couple days while we waited out the storm. Pathetic of a host and poor communication. ”

“Overall, def a 4.5 for the property as a whole. The fenced back yard was great for the pups, although it needed a good debris removal for several dead branches and such. And patio furniture showed some strain from weathering. But the layout of the house is very family-friendly and spacious. We managed to sit 6 comfortably at the little kitchen nook table that looks like it should only seat four. But it worked out just fine. We had a couple of repair concerns and the property manager replied……

“A bio hazard of a bed with unreasonable property owners. The bed had been urinated on in the past. To cover the smell the owners used large air fresheners. I did not smell it until after sleeping a few hrs. By that time it was 0400. By this time it was too late. The owners were not responding to my messages. ”
