“Bathroom stinks need to do something about it ”

“They don't provide the check-in information and can't get a refund after I contacted the property several times. Very disappointed! ”

“We were in the apartment with a group of 4. Unfortunately, the two extra beds were not really comfortable, so we recommend to book the extra room (which is paid on top). So for four people the apartment is normally too small. Otherwise, we had a great stay and the apartment is in a great location close to the city center. The communication with Caroline was without complications and we had a very nice welcome.”

“Property is in a great location just behind the Vrijdagmarkt a vibrant square which is a short walk to the main square with St Nicholas Church, the Cathedral and the Belfry. An underground car park is just around the corner where you can park as long as you like for a fee. The apartment was well designed to make the most of the space, comfortable, clean & tidy. I would recommend if staying in Gent. ”

“The flat is in a quiet living area and the owner is very nice. The room is cozy and clean. Room temperature is a bit difficult to adjust. Remember to contact the owner before arrival because there is no reception. There is parking space which needs extra pay and we need to find parking space in the vicinity area in the last day. We enjoyed our stay and thank you!”

“The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and……

“Logement parfaitement localisé, spacieux et calme. Entrée autonome dans le logement, tout était prêt. Nous avons passé un superbe moment à Gand. Quelques point d’amélioration : Propreté dans l’entrée du bâtiment, propreté des fauteuils et vitres. Quelques couverts et éléments dans la cuisine à ajouter également.”

“Apartment was large, right in the city centre with everything around it. There was a supermarket opposite, bars and restaurants within 2 mins walk. The flat was clean and spacious with a nice little balcony outside to have a drink, even if the view is not brilliant, a nice bonus in the city centre. Beds were comfy, heating was easy to control. The kitchen was large and so was the dinning table. The only small minuses were the lack of a microwave and iron, and maybe a soak matt for the shower……
