Our family really enjoyed the property and we were close to all the activities we did (golf, kids adventure course, downtown, Asheville Tourists, etc.). The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful house with nice accommodations. Pickleball court is set up in a three car garage. It was a little warm playing because there is no AC or fans, but it was fun to play. The beds were comfortable and the house is very spacious. We celebrated my 50th birthday with14 of our closest friends and had a blast.

Plenty of room for our large 6 family group.Perfect gathering and private spaces.We used it all- pool, pool table, pickleball, basketball, fooseball, and movie theater. Needs a refresh on kitchen tools (pans, baking sheet, utensils) but overall a nice spacious home with lots to do in the home and around the area.

Perfect Place for a big group of friends
This was a perfect place for a large group of friends. The house had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and also had a lot to do for entertainment. When we wanted to go downtown, we were just a short drive away.

Fabulous house for our family reunion
The Palatial rental lived up to its name. The lovely 8BR house had plenty of room for our family reunion. We could have the young children and parents on one floor, the late-night revelers / younger adults on their own floor, and the remainder on the main level. We had plenty of space for card games and generally hanging out without feeling crowded.Folks really loved the pickleball court (albeit non-regulation size) and we were glad we invested in purchasing equipment to play. The kids loved the hot tub and theater. The kitchen came well-equipped with everything we needed. I can imagine the house would be even more fun in the warmer months, when the pool is open. The neighborhood itself is nice, but a bit further from Ashville and the sites than ideal. No biggie since we all had cars. I also can't speak highly enough of the hosts and their responsiveness to pre-trip questions and suggestions. They sent over a handyman to relight the gas fireplace pilot for us during our stay, and responded promptly to inquiries.

Perfect family getaway
My family and I wanted a house or cabin in the mountains to have a surprise birthday gathering for my sister and my husband's 45th birthday. I came across this listing and everything from the cleanliness, overall appearance and the wonderful communication from the host was nothing short of amazing! If i could give more than 5 stars, I would. We had over 20 people in our group and everyone slept comfortably and there was so much space inside and outside for everyone to move about. The location is close to quite a few stores so we were about to find everything we needed. If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, spacious home with a great host.... this is it! It's worth every penny!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this stunning home in Fletcher, and it was an experience I just had to share! The moment I set foot in the door, I was struck by the elegance and welcoming atmosphere of the place. It’s not just a house; it’s a home that radiates warmth and beauty.
What stood out immediately was how impeccably clean everything was. It’s clear the owners take great pride in keeping the place spotless, which made the stay incredibly comfortable. It’s that kind of cleanliness that makes you feel at ease right away.
The space in this home is something else. Each room is perfectly sized, creating a sense of openness without losing that cozy feel. The high ceilings and large windows let in so much light, making every space feel inviting. The bedrooms are especially dreamy, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.
The kitchen deserves a shoutout too. It’s modern, fully equipped, and spacious, making it a joy to cook in. And the outdoor area is just as impressive, with plenty of space to relax or entertain. They were working on an indoor Pickleball court when we were there- it looked very cool.
