Ideally located in Saint-Pierre-La-Mer to spend holidays with family or friends, this spacious villa located in a dead-end street has an entrance with separate toilets, a large living room with AC and sofa, TV (French and foreigners channels), a fully equipped open kitchen with a table for 6 and for high chairs, a veranda with AC and a table for 10 people.

A night space includes 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, the others with double beds 160x200), a large bathroom with Italian shower.


A "master suite" has a separate toilet, a bathroom (shower and corner bath) and a bedroom with double bed 160x200 and large dressing room (with access to the veranda).

The large garden with swimming pool offers a splendid view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees.


A garage allows to park 2 or even 3 cars; it is possible to park an additional car in front of the garage and another one in the dead end.

The pool is equipped with an alarm system.

A stunning property with the most amazing elevated view over the Mediterranean. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything one could need. The pool area is effect with a great supply of sun loungers. Highly recommend.

Wunderschönes Haus

Die Organisation vor Ort war sehr gut. Wir konnten schon vor 16 Uhr die Schlüssel abholen und wurden kurze Zeit später von 2 Mitarbeitenden im Haus besucht, die uns alles zeigten und erklärten. Es war immer eine Person da, die deutsch sprach bzw. übersetzte. Die Garage war sehr groß, dort hätte man mit etwas rangieren 2 Autos platzieren können. Auch vor der Garage auf dem Grundstück, hätte ein zusätzliches Auto geparkt werden können. Das Haus war super klimatisiert. Die Klima im Wohnzimmer kühlte das gesamte Haus. Der Wintergarten war zusätzlich mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung waren hervorragend. Es fehlt uns an nichts. Die Betten waren bezogen und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Wäsche konnte man bequem in der Waschmaschine waschen. Der Pool und der Garten waren gepflegt und wurden auch während unseres Aufenthalts 3x gepflegt. Meist morgens gegen 7 kam ein Mitarbeiter, der seine Arbeit dort verrichtete, ohne uns zu stören. Kleinere Supermärkte waren im Ort vorhanden. Fußläufig war einer von diesen, 10 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Wir sind während der 2 Wochen zum benachbarten Ort gefahren. Dort gab es einen LIDL und einen größeren Supermarkt für den Wocheneinkauf. Alles andere bekam man im Ort selbst. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus mit Meerblick.

Wunderschönes Haus, zu empfehlen

Das Haus war noch schöner als in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Alles neu, sauber und geräumig. Die Aufteilung ist perfekt, man kann problemlos mit zwei Familien dort Urlaub machen ohne sich „im Weg zu stehen“. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, während des Aufenthaltes und danach war sehr nett und professionell. Ich kann das Haus ohne Einschränkung sehr empfehlen und würde wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Marvellous Property

The photos do not do justice to the magnificent view from the garden. It is a wonderful panorama. The property is well-appointed. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. Furniture is appropriate for the range of ages that we had in our group. Bedrooms are of a good size with the master bedroom especially suitable for a couple. It could do with an extra bathroom if 10 people are in residence. Two bathrooms is rather inadequate. A few minor issues include a bare wall with a hook where a picture is missing in the main bedroom, the electric gate not functioning, limited garage/parking for larger vehicles and a poor quality pool alarm which sets off when unoccupied. We turned it off. Overall, it is an excellent property. The agency staff personnel were friendly and helpful. I can recommend it to others without the slightest hesitation.

Schöne Villa

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in aussichtsreicher ruhiger Lage. Es ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
