“This property is gorgeous! Lovely views, deck, hot tub, open spacious living area, great wood stove. Very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Make sure to read the fine print-the third king bedroom doesn’t have walls, just a moveable screen. Not an issue for our group but could be for some. Also the coffee is espresso shot pods, so bring your own coffee pot if that isn’t your thing b”

“The tent was real nice. The location was pretty cool as well. This is mainly an RV park with some cabins and also some glamping tents. The facilities are nice, for sure. We did enjoy our 4 days here this week overall. The tents are not sealed, obviously, so the tent had mice droppings everywhere. So much that we had to ask them to change the mattress pads as it was even on the bexs. The tents dont have much of a view, just kind of look out at the edge of a field next to the river. “We came for a meteor shower, to find a cloudy sky. But the cozy home, clean air, and quiet made up for it in spades.I was honestly surprised when we checked in, the photos provided made the home seem much older than it is. Instead, we found a house that looked almost like it'd never been lived in. It was clean and well-kept. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything we used worked well.My only real complaint was that previous renters did not clean the kitchenware as well as they should……

“My husband and I stayed at Tim’s cottage in middleburg for one night to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Tim had left a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake for us since he knew it was our anniversary, which was an incredibly thoughtful and kind gesture. The cottage was clean, cute and cozy and the location was incredibly convenient to wineries, breweries and downtown Middleburg. It was truly a staycation to remember!”
