“Die Anlage Esperanza Villas ist ein Traum Super gepflegt und alles ist im Neu zustand es fehlt nichts was man für einen Traum Urlaub braucht. Der Service vom Betreiber ist 5 von 5 Sternen wert er bemüht sich um alles so das den Gästen an nichts fehlt und wohl fühlen. Die Lage ist keine 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Dorfzentrum entfernt und die Preise sind am günstigsten von ganz Chalkidiki. Danke für denn schönen Aufenthalt bei Esperanza Villas das war ein erholsammer Traum Urlaub wir kommen wieder.……

“Klima Anlage hat nicht funktioniert. Wasser hat nicht funktioniert. Wir konnten nicht duschen oder die Toilette spülen, geschweige denn Zähne putzen oder sonst was ! Wir mussten dafür extra Wasser Flaschen kaufen. Trotz mehrfachen Beschwerden, wurde sich um nichts gekümmert. Wir waren echt am Ende unserer Nerven. ”

“Toppenläge precis vid stranden vilket gav hotellet ett lyft. Fint arrangerad trädgård men i övrigt inget höjdar hotell. Dåligt om inte totalt tomt på köksgeråd, stenhårda sängar/kuddar, halv dant städat och folk rökte precis överallt så det blåste aska in på balkongen och över bord och stolar. Inför rökförbud, det är ändå 2024. Stranden var smutsig av tång och gamla fimpar och ockerpriser för en solstol. ”

“Worst experience I have ever had! I drove 6 hours from Athens in the scorching heat, and when I called, an old lady picked up the phone that had NO IDEA about a reservation, nor did she allow dogs like they say they do! Being that it was the day of the reservation, Expedia couldn’t do anything, as she had to cancel it. She was clueless! Her son handles everything who apparently has a “busy” shop and doesn’t keep track of things! After a month of calls, yesterday she used foul language towards……

“The hotel is very well situated and has a lovely view and balcony to enjoy any breakfast/ lunch / diner. The room is lovely and big enough. The air conditioning was very good. The shower pressure is very good and they have a fridge.
On the down side the wifi was very bad, the curtain in the shower was useless and thus we were ending up cleaning the floor few times a day. The base of the bed is a bit noisy but the rest was good. ”

“Das Haus ist gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Ein Supermarkt in der Nähe hat alles, was man braucht. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Dieser ist während unseres Urlaubes nicht voll gewesen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett warteten auf uns trotz zweistündiger Verspätung der Fähre. Zur Begrüßung wartete eine Überraschung auf uns im Kühlschrank.
Wir würden immer wieder hinfahren.”

“The property location was perfect for us. We wanted sea views, direct access to the beach, short walks in to town, choice of restaurants and car parking so we could tour Kassandra Peninsular. In the mornings we had breakfast on the terrace, visited pretty villages places and the countryside during the day, went to our beach in the afternoon, tasty dinners and watched the sunset. “Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhiger Lage, ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Der Garten ist schön gepflegt. Mann kann draußen sitzen und seinen Kaffee genießen wenn es noch nicht so heiß ist. Die Außendusche hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Das ist sehr praktisch mit zwei Kindern. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und was auch wichtig ist, sehr schnell. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! ”

“Excellente semaine dans la villa Maira!
Grande maison, grand jardin avec arbres fruitiers. Idéalement placée pour visiter Kassandra et Sithonia. Belles plages à proximité, notamment celle qu'on peut atteindre à pied par le petit sentier au fond du jardin en 7 à 8 minutes (eau cristalline bleu turquoise, plage de sable et très peu de monde).
Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et réactifs pour répondre à nos questions.”

“Lovely, well equipped apartment with amazing views. 5/10 mins walk to the beach, which was really nice as it was very peaceful. Beach to the South of the harbour with cafes and sun beds, beach to the North natural and unspoilt, so something for everyone. The property has nice grounds with pool. “Sehr schönes Hotel in einer unglaublich schönen Gegend. Alles sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr große Essens- und Getränkeauswahl. Pool sauber und großzügig. Durch den direkten Zugang zum Meer konnte man die immer entscheiden ob man Liegen am Pool oder Meer nutzt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in der Nebensaison reisen, absolute Empfehlung für dieses Hotel.”
