More attention need to cleaning

"Our stay was great!! Although the room was cleaned, the bed was not exactly made carefully instead it looked as if the sheets were thrown on then bed. There was a chair in the room but clearly not wiped down because it showed were a person had sat in it and left all types of oil stains. other than ..."
