Lovely apartment, ideal location for exploring Florence. The host was super helpful and flexible, arranging an early check in after an early flight. Rooms were clean and well appointed, highly recommend!

Veronica was a wonderful host. She met us at the door and let us leave our luggage prior to check in time. She also set up taxi’s for us and gave recommendations. Our family of four had a fabulous stay at the apartment! You can’t beat the location (close walk to the David, Duomo, etc) and our host, Veronica, was AMAZING. She met us right away and gave us a friendly tour the apartment. Veronica also provided some great recommendations and called us a taxi for our trip to the train station. We appreciated the nespresso machine, air conditioning, and TV with streaming options. We will definitely come back to this property.

Ground floor apartment within walking distance of most sites in Florence. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with coordinating check in and transportation while in Florence. WiFi was a little spotty at times, so may not be a great option if you are traveling for work or need to stay connected. Overall pleasant stay!

We loved our stay in Florence. Communication with Veronica was great in WhatsApp. Location of apartment was great. Very walkable to everything. So nice to have nespresso machine to use with coffee pods. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Thank you for a great stay. Hope to return one day.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. Had everything we needed, and was very thoughtfully put together. Great AC in all rooms; comfortable beds, everything fresh and welcoming. Easy to walk pretty much anywhere (with a 5 and 8 year old), and then hop on back for a midday siesta to beat the heat. Veronica was incredibly accommodating and kind, welcoming us in person and giving suggestions for how best to navigate the city on foot. We would 100% go back!

Great spot in Florence

Perfect place to spend time in Florence. Close to the San Ambrogio Mercato - and all of the big sites. The apartment was clean and the AC worked great in the HOT summer! Loved having a washing machine during our long holiday. Vero was always responsive and helped us get a taxi to the train station. Bathrooms and kitchen newly remodeled and impeccably clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best place to stay in Florence!!

I agree with all of the other rave reviews that I have read here about this property. The owners have been great to us throughout our trip. My daughter left something behind and they agreed to ship it to us. They went way above and beyond to make us happy. I would certainly stay here again and recommend a stay to anyone.

Veronica greeted us at the apartment and was helpful in booking all our taxi needs during our stay. The apartment is very clean, bathrooms & kitchen are like new. We were amazed at the small touches of useful things in this apartment; very homey in a quiet neighborhood.

Close to all Florence has to offer

We enjoyed 3 nights in this beautiful suite Check in was a breeze, beautiful kitchen with large fridge/freezer. Comfy beds, two modern bathrooms with great showers, large tv, computer desk, wardrobe & closet to hang clothes. The couch is a little on the uncomfortable side but okay. There’s a door that you can close to separate the bedrooms & bathrooms (if two couples sharing) for privacy. A couple of small things came up which the owners addressed immediately. This is a very CLEAN suite & the owners …AMAZING!

Fabulous Hosts & Great Location

We loved our stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. Our hosts were the best -- super responsive and helpful in every way. We had an issue with mailing a package to France, and our hosts went above and beyond to help us. We were cheerfully greeted at the apartment and shown all the amenities, making check-in a breeze. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Easy walk to all the sites. The apartment was even well stocked with snacks and drinks which was very thoughtful and really appreciated. If we're ever back in Florence, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Vero!
