It’s an OK basic Hôtel. The room was OK, but unfortunately, the mattresses seemed old and too soft for us and we even noticed that the bottom of one of the beds. The material from underneath was falling off. We noticed that the air-conditioning unit needed a cleaning. The lighting was good and the way they set up the bathroom with the towels and everything was quite nice. We tried to explain the difficulty in accessing channels once we got to the channel guide. The person at the front desk consisted. It was just a problem with the batteries, but we don’t think that’s where the issue. Obviously that’s to be determined. When checking in Teresa was very gracious and welcoming, but in trying to explain a few things that we thought needed improvement to the people behind the desk upon leaving, we felt they took offense and weren’t very happy hearing anything that we had to say. We saw lots of people working very hard to keep things clean and neat throughout the hotel. The breakfasts are what you’ve come to expect at Hampton Inns and other hotels like this. I have always wondered where they get their juices from because none of them taste the way they’re supposed to. They supply plenty of choices, but they all seem to be of modest standards. We tried to explain that the hot water and the coffee was not hot and that perhaps it would be best to have some dispensers that were plugged in. They didn’t want to hear anything about it. “ talk to the people setting up the food.”
