Great location & breakfast for Florence

Front desk Elia was very friendly helpful, gave us dining tip and hot water boiler. Famous restaurant ZaZa is right in front of the hotel. Very convenient location. The hotel room is very small. 3rd floor u still need to climb about 10 steps which was very tough if u have big luggage. Breakfast is great and it's included which is a big plus for the stay. Door man is also very helpful too. They asked us to sign a waiver of our contact info for receiving info right at the counter and it's in Italian. We r not happy with that. Hope they change the policy not to ask the guest to do that.

The location of this hotel is convenience, which is quite close to the underground station (5 mins walk). The customer service of this hotel was excellent, all were friendly and helpful to us. Breakfast was also good. We would like to stay in there next time if we come to Roma again. Highly recommended this hotel regarding to the price is reasonable, excellent customer service and breakfast.

地理位置绝佳，离火车站很近，周围很多不错的餐厅，意大利餐和中餐都有

很满意，位置很好。就是有点临近市场，很多吃饭的会拉客很不好。酒店特别棒，2曾还有小阳台，去景点都很方便。早餐还行。

位置很方便、步行到車站只要10-15分鐘、離市區很近、臨近有名的餐廳、很棒的服務。

在訂房時有告知這次是我們的蜜月旅行，飯店特別幫我們選了風景較好的房間，還送了一瓶白酒，讓我們很開心，很貼心的服務。飯店門口就有兩家有名的餐廳，並臨近中央市場。走路到火車站&SITA巴士都只要10-15分鐘，走路到市區(聖母百花大教堂...)也大約15分鐘。服務人員都很熱心，有停車場(需收費)。

很不错的酒店

一般我不喜欢住在火车站附近，但是佛洛伦萨那么小而且我们就待两晚，所以就图方便了。其实这个酒店离火车站还是要走10分钟多的，而且如果行李很大不是很方便因为人行道都很窄。不过酒店本身很不错，装修，设施，房间都很好，而且房间很大，早餐也不错。酒店的地理位置特别好，离所有景点都很近，就在一个大市场旁边，有很多餐馆，离Duomo就5分钟路，很方便。

I have stayed here several times and I always enjoy it. IT is now under new ownership since my last stay, but all staff very nice and accomodating. Parking situtation was difficult due to multiple construction sites around the hotel. I did not know the car would be off site, but they sent a valet to come and get it, so it worked out.

The Manager of the hotel was very nice and kind to leave a welcome letter and a champagne bottle. Angel was very kind to care for our luggage before to check in and Mohamed in the breakfast room really was the shining star. He did every thing to help us.

Thanks to Valeria, Muhammad and Ana in the breakfast room for a very pleasant stay. Bring earplugs to reduce nighttime noise levels from the nearby market and local restaurants.

God beliggenhed, men med meget lille værelse og badeværelse. Morgenbuffet er god og med god variation og super betjening. Receptionen er ikke lige så imødekommende som personalet generelt. Generelt er der meget lydt i rummene, så kunne høre maskiner…tænker det måske var elevatoren, samt andre lyde. Ikke så man ikke kunne sove, men stadig nærværende. Tagterrassen var der, men kun meget lille. Men vil du have et værelse med god lokation og i en rimelig kvalitet så er det absolut brugbart.

The hotel is in a quiet street but close to all we needed. We walked around most of the time. The staff are helpful, the lady who tuns the breakfast always greets you with a big smile, she is a gem. We would stay there again.

I have stayed at the Botticelli for years now. At least once a year, sometimes 3 and for a week or two each time. The hotel has been taken over and it is corporate now. The beds are very soft, so it lent to a sore back. I would suggest they bring back the feel of when it was not owned by a big company and also have harder beds with the option of a soft pillow top. You can't do it the other way around and make a soft bed, harder. The staff is nice and the lobby is nice.

This hotel does not have air conditioning despite what the description says. The temperature is centrally controlled and we were told that since it is still getting cooler in the evenings they would not be turning on the air conditioner during our stay. They did offer us a fan and we were able to open the windows, but then we were subject to all of the loud noises outside all night. It is in a great location, within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions and the train station and plenty of restaurants, and that’s the only reason for the 4 stars.
