飯店整潔乾淨

This hotel is a tucked away gem. In fact, it’s difficult to find at first. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the property is beautiful.the included breakfast was delicious, and Olga makes wonderful coffees and cappuccinos. They serve cocktails and apertivo later in the day, and Adam at the bar makes delicious cocktails and is so fun and interesting! It is a hike to get to be city center, but worth it. Also, there was quite a lot of noise at night (showers and toilets from the other rooms). I would stay here again.

Great staff and location, however the room was basic and on the first night we were attacked by over 20 mosquitos so we barely slept. The next few nights were fine but the rooms aren’t very soundproof so we could hear a lot going on outside the doors… despite that though, we still had a lovely time and the helpful and nice staff truly made it, and it has some great traditional restaurants right on its doorstep. We particularly loved Volte!

We loved the location of this hotel for 5 days in Florence; out of the city centre and so quiet and calm. We felt like the area nearby was much more appealing than the crush of the city centre. The staff and breakfast were exceptional and loved waking up to the church bells nearby. Highly recommend this place. We found it very walkable.

Thank you for our great stay here! After walking all day and being surrounded by city noise, it was truly special to be able to relax in the courtyard, have the window open and just relax. The vibe at this hotel is very peaceful. It’s easy to walk to the main sites from this location. The attentive service of everyone at the hotel is truly incredible, we will be back again when we come back!

Perfect hotel if you want something away from the tourist mobs in a quiet, uncongested location. Room was lovely and spacious, delicious breakfast, congenial and helpful staff, lovely building with historical charm complete with a courtyard and small pool. Lots of fine restaurants close by, and you're just fifteen minutes walk to the city center. No complaints whatsoever!

We stayed at Hotel Horto Convento for three nights, and I must say the building with its Florentine charm took our breath away as soon as we walked in! Beyond the beautiful and character-filled architecture, the rooms were very well refurbished and spotless. The location is also excellent , within a 20 minute walk to most places, with plenty of authentic local dining options just around the corner. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even extended it for an extra night! If you’re planning a trip to Florence, this is a wonderful option for your accommodation.

Una experiencia ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal nos recibió con una sonrisa genuina y una atención impecable. Las instalaciones estaban impecables: limpias, modernas y con cada detalle cuidadosamente pensado para la comodidad del huésped. La habitación era pequeña, pero muy bien decorada y con una cama tan cómoda que costaba levantarse por la mañana. El desayuno fue delicioso y variado, con opciones frescas para todos los gustos. Además, la ubicación del hotel es perfecta, cerca de los principales puntos de interés pero lo suficientemente tranquila para descansar sin interrupciones. Our two night stay at Horto Convento was very nice, from the friendly, helpful staff, to the comfortable bed, to the delicious breakfast. The property is located away from a busy street, in a lovely setting next to a church. If I had to note any issue at all, it would be the very narrow bathroom in our unit. There was a towel heater rack installed behind the door, so it could not be opened all the way, making it even more narrow. Not a big deal, just a design flaw. Overall, a very nice stay!
