I recently had the pleasure of staying at IQ Hotel Firenze along with two of my sisters, and I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had — largely thanks to an outstanding desk clerk named Jean. From the moment we arrived, Jean’s warm smile and welcoming demeanor set the tone for an exceptional stay.
Jean went above and beyond in every interaction, taking the time to explain everything we needed with incredible patience and clarity. Whether it was assisting with directions, recommending local spots, or helping navigate hotel amenities, he made sure we felt comfortable and cared for. His excellent customer service skills truly stood out, making us feel more like a valued guest than just another visitor. The other hotel staff were great also! Smiling and making sure each gave valuable service.
The hotel itself was modern, clean, and perfectly located. The amenities were outstanding — from the comfortable rooms to the well-maintained facilities, everything was thoughtfully designed to enhance the guest experience. The spa and sauna were a plus. The breakfast was great, offering a wide selection of delicious and fresh options that made every morning a treat.
It was Jean’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, paired with the hotel's excellent offerings, that made our stay especially memorable. It’s rare to encounter such an outstanding team member who clearly loves what he does.
