The location is good and some staff were friendly, but I would like to say it’s an inn than a hotel, we were arranged at a weird room next to staff office and above breakfast kitchen, always noisy and one more point the room was only had a small skylight window and the cleaning status is pretty bad. Overall not recommended and definitely not worth a go.

Booked for two beds in an room and didn’t receive. This was the third time we stayed here and the first time, there was a room that would accommodate 2 beds but was told they didn’t have this option. Disappointing!

V convenient for the Tram (5 mins walk to nearest stop) and therefore the airport, Duomo and train station (10 mins walk). Nice little hotel, quaint and old in character. Breakfast ok, if a little basic (to be expected for its size); food shops and restaurants nearby. Staff speak English, so didn’t have to inflict my poor Italian on them! Absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel; did the job
