Good experience

Location is good. Tram station is just in front of the hotel entrance. Hotel is clean and new, and the vibe is good and young. Breakfast very impressive. Price is reasonable in Florence.

Please don’t waste your time and money and book something else, service is horrible and management is incompetent. This hotel is not 4 stars at all, I been staying in many 4 stars hotel, and so far this is the worse I been staying. Trust me there’s so many options that you can choose when you are staying in Florence. Stay away from this hotel, you will thank me later.

Sieht toll aus, leckeres Frühstück, Restaurant und Bäcker sind auch top. Neues sauberes Zimmer, duschgel, Shampoo und Balsam alles da - auch gute Qualität. Der Pool war kühl aber okay. Ausblick ist traumhaft, am Dach ist auch eine Bar, und ein kleiner Park und sogar 2 Wippen für Kinder. Traumhafter Ausblick und viel Liegen und Loungen. In die Altstadt / Sehenswürdigkeiten geht man ca 20 min. Ein Stück könnte man mit der Straßenbahn fahren, haben wir aber nicht gemacht.

Great place to stay. Rooms were simple and beds could be updated but the facility was nice, breakfast good but pricey. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Before travelling to Italy I’d never heard of or stayed in any Social Hub Hotels, but I have to say that I’m now a fan! There are two locations in Florence and I stayed at the Belfiore Hotel, which was a short walk or tram ride from Florence Station. It was a bit out of the way from the city centre, but I think the hotel more than makes up for it with its friendly staff, high standard of facilities, including all clean rooms with all the mod cons you’d expect, and a stunning roof top bar and pool. I can also recommend the restaurant and cafe adjoining the hotel too, both offered some fantastic food and were clearly busy with the locals and guests of the hotel, shared working space facilities etc.

We enjoyed how spacious this hotel was. The rooms were perfect size and very clean. The hotel offered a lot. There was so much to do. The property is well kept. The rooftop was amazing and so were the views. The night life was chill and the street food portion and options was a plus. We loved renting bikes that were right outside the hotel and riding into the near tourist locations and plaza. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. We plan to use this hotel chain wherever possible. Very near to the Florence main train station.

The social hub was great! It’s walkable distance from the centre if one wants to walk but also 2min away from tram station making touring and getting to and from the airport super easy. The staff was helpful and nice. It was clean. The room was great with a comfortable bed and pillows and a great shower! The rooftop pool and bar were great on a sunny day to unwind. Recommended

The property was modern clean and safe. It has a cafe and restaurant in the lobby. Pool tables, areas to use your computers, a rooftop bar. It was a quick check in and out. Great hotel

The concept of the hotel has potential. The downstairs area has a nice atmosphere and the self-checkin was an easy process. However, the walls are too fine - you could hear everything! The bathroom has no fan, leading to an uncomfortable stale smell. The light switches are inconveniently at the front of the room and overall it was just meh.

Brand new hotel with stunning rooftop garden, bar, and enormous pool, with spectacular view of the Duomo. The staff is very attentive and made our stay feel special. The bed was very comfortable. The energy and the vibe in the hotel is very positive, it had a great feel to it. Restaurants were excellent, breakfast was plentiful. Neighborhood had great restaurants, too. Walking distance to all sites, but the tram stops right outside the front door as well.

They are understaffed at front desk. There is always a line to ask even a simple question. The staff is young kids who obviously don’t care about the clients’ problems or questions. I felt like they were fake and put out to help me.

FANTASTIC hotel. Has soooo much to offer including a pool and rooftop bar and lots of places to lounge. There is a cafe and a nice restaurant as well. In the perfect spot across from the T2 which takes you right into Florence.

Wir waren in einem modernen und schicken Hotel – zumindest auf den ersten Blick. Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber, wirken aber so steril, dass keinerlei Gemütlichkeit aufkommt. Mit dem Room Service hatten wir Pech: Am ersten Tag hat es noch funktioniert, am zweiten Tag gar nicht mehr. Am meisten gestört hat jedoch die Lautstärke. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, und in unserem Fall (Zimmer 2219 direkt neben der Küche) war an Ruhe nicht zu denken. Am schlimmsten fanden wir allerdings, dass wir nach Feedback gefragt wurden, ich die Probleme auch ehrlich geschildert habe – und sich trotzdem nichts geändert hat. Schade, so etwas hinterlässt einen schlechten Eindruck. Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen nicht wieder.
