“My third time on this property. Better than advertised. ”

“Visiting Oneida and enjoyed a long weekend at the house. Was traveling with my husband, 2 adult children and a friend. The house was clean and has all the amenities that we needed. We enjoyed using the kayaks and hanging by the lake. The location was convenient and nice restaurants near by.”

“This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream……

“Great clean place near the beach with the benefit of privacy. Unfortunately, the dock was damaged before we arrived due to a storm. If this is what you are looking for be sure to check with owner if dock was repaired.”

“We wanted to find some snow to play in, and saw storms hitting in the area. We booked last minute and figured we were taking our chances, but ended up with an amazing find! The cabin was warm, cozy, and easy to get to. (And bonus—at least that weekend, we were right on the edge of the snow band, so we were able to go play in snow nearby but didn’t get stuck or have any issues at the cabin.) Everything was comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was well supplied and there was info on local……

“This was our 40th year vacationing at Sylvan Beach. Our first year was at the Oneida and several years since. We have witness many remodels of the property over the year. We enjoy the location and the access to the beach. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately, there is a major issue with the upstairs shower leaking into the downstairs bathroom, making the floor dangerous and flooding the light fixture and making it short out. I would recommend that more towel fixtures……

“The house was comfortable. The backyard to the lake was nice but it was still too cold to take advantage of. The only issue I had was the house was almost right on the road and that road although it was only 2 lanes was a fast roadway…the house wasn’t too attractive from the outside. The bedrooms were very comfortable. There weren’t any paper towels which was an issue because I was cooking for others . The kitchen was adequate. The manager was very communicative…thank you”
