Tuve una experiencia muy agradable en el Hotel Tepeu. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal fue muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y con todo lo necesario para descansar bien después de un día explorando. La ubicación es excelente, y hay transporte recomendado desde el hotel a diferentes atracciones como Tikal o cráter azul

De lo mejor en Flores

El hotel es de lo mejor que hay en Flores, desafortunadamente no hay mucha competencia. En general ofrece todos los servicios básicos y debo reconocer que se esfuerzan en la limpieza. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

Lindo, agradable y con buen servicio al cliente

Muy amables, el hotel súper limpio, la comida muy rica y además ofrecen movilización a Flores y el Aeropuerto, el único tema es que no todas las habitaciones tienen agua caliente para bañarse. Todo lo demás excelente.

Great stay!

We stayed there for 2 nights! They were doing a little construction close to our room while we were there so that's the only reason I would hold a star back, other then that it was great! The facilities are gorgeous! No complimentary breakfast either just do you no.

This looks to be a relatively new hotel. The staff was nice. There is only hot water on floors one and three. There were a million mosquitos in our room. It was a bit challenging to communicate since the staff did not know English that much. They also did not have that many vegetarian options.

The property is beautiful. It's a hidden gem in an area that is not developed yet. It's not on the island of flores but it is walkable distance (if you don't mind walking) or it's a short cab ride. The staff was courteous and very professional. I was always greeted with a smile. All the staff members I interacted with always went above and beyond to assist me. I was amazed by the quality of the service. My room was clean, beds were comfortable. The reataurant on site was good. I honestly have no complaints, all my needs were met and considering the rating I was pleasantly surprised. The site and the room were as pictured. I highly recommend this place.
