We had a last minute issue that wasn’t anyone’s fault and Matt’s team was incredibly helpful and accommodating! The house we did stay at was beautiful, clean, and they were extremely helpful when we had one minor issue with the dishwasher. I know we would have had the same experience had we stayed at this particular property. Again, I definitely recommend any house that……

“The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel……
