“The booking was after 7:00 PM and the hotel manager made time to show the entire home room by room, explain the amenities, and walk the grounds to enhance the experience. The tour included a detailed list of local attractions including Angeles City, local fresh food market, options for transportation, and the massive SM Mall. All requests were accommodated and the staff went above and beyond at every turn to make our stay more than satisfying to include no charge for late checkout. I am planning……

“DO NOT book this property no matter how cheap the price. After checking in, the bathroom pipe burst spraying water all over. Cable TV, according to the manager, was not available because the receiver caught fire. No light switch for the overhead light. You have to turn the light bulb so you can sleep. Early in the morning the staff started making noise as if they have no guests. TERRIBLE place. STAY AWAY! ”
