“Property is in a good location. The apartment needs some TLC. The bed with a headboard is aggravated because it’s not attached to the bed. There’s mold in the corner by the table and there is no water pressure. My husband had to fix the toilet and judging by the book it has been reported many times. ”

“The apartment was nice and cozy with a nice location by the water. The heater warmed up the room quickly on the cold nights. It did take a while to get hot water through the pipes but that’s ok. The cleaning staff may want to take a look under the beds. I had to when I dropped something in the floor. There was a lot of candy wrappers and trash under the beds. A lot of spider webs in the windows and corners. ”

“The cabin was adequate. Relatively clean except for the windows which were disgustingly dirty and barely see thru.The trash clause is silly. Note that the dump site is closed on Wednesdays (best to check the hours beforehand). There were plenty of consumable supplies in the cabin (trash bags, toilet paper, cups, soap, etc.) and bedding.There's plenty of deck space and the sunset is awesome. As expected, the mosquitoes are ferocious. The location is remote so plan you food supply accordingly.”
