“Great hotel with a beautiful location next to the Missouri river. All 3 of the staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night as an early valentine’s day treat for us (as we got a Spa Suite) but I will definitely be recommending this hotel to our family when they come to visit us next!! ”

“The hotel was extremely loud. The door to my room didnt even line up and there was a gap in the top of the door and door jam. Guests were extremely loud at all hours. Doors slamming and people running up and down the halls non stop. The sink was on the wrong side of the counter, right next to the toilet so it made it difficult to use. ”

“The hotel was clean. All of the employees were super friendly. We loved having the parking garage since it was quite frigid. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was a nice perk. We were really hoping to see the mermaids but the pool pump was broken or something. But we loved the tiki bar decor and the bartender was great. ”
