“Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. I paid the bill in advance through Hotels.com. Dimitri (I’m not sure his role) told me this shouldn’t have happened. He tried to bill me full price again. “Overall great experience. I stayed for 1 night so the things that were not great was manageable. For instance, the shower did not get warm, the property is still under construction, and the walls are very thin so you hear your neighbors (who are loud).
