There is a Queen size sleeper sofa. The large spacious deck features views of the marsh. Our boutique Hotel Folly is located just steps away to Folly's popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck, settle in with a drink and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sun setting over the Folly River at the “Edge of America”. This deluxe studio room is on the third floor.

This room is 400 sqft. with a 180 sqft. deck, for a total accommodation of 580 sqft.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

Room rates are based on double occupancy. There is an extra guest fee of $35 plus tax for each additional guest, per night. The extra guest fee is added once your reservation is confirmed. If you will need access to the sleeper sofa please notify the hotel and access will be provided.
