Just off the kitchen, there a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. The living area has a flat screen TV and cozy furnishings, including a queen size pull out sofa for additional sleeping. There is a private hot/cold outdoor rain shower, and the yard is completely fenced which also makes it a great play area for the kids and pets. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and two beach chairs.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.
This home is 900 Sq. Ft. If you have more than 5 or 6 people but less than 10 or 12, you can rent both units and have the entire property to yourselves!
