It is very remote from town, fishing was great, and the cabin was spacious enough for us. We even had "Harry" the duck greet us. She was so entertaining. The dock straight out the back door and the upper screened porch was the highlight. Take the boat out too! Like others, the shower is workable.The only con for me was the Wifi. “We loved this house! Beds were so comfortable. The hot tub was great. There were tons of games and toys for the kids to play with. The area was close enough to town to be a short drive but far enough away enough to be secluded and private. We had to contact the rental property once about the electric fireplace but they responded so quickly and came and fixed it. He was so helpful and very courteous. There are lot of extra space heaters, tons of towels and lots of little extras that make the……

“This cabin was amazing! The bed was comfy. Lots of room in the cabin with nice little touches. Especially loved the fairy box! Cabin is at the end of a dirt road and is very peaceful, and close to neighboring towns for groceries and dining, as well as the tail of the dragon. Host is very responsive and friendly. Would defining stay again!! ”

“We were in Maryville with Daughter and Granddaughters before and while they went to Montvale Camp. Very close by and convenient. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. While they were at camp, we went to Cades Cove Stables for a Carriage Ride and on another day we drove into Gatlinburg to look at rentals for another TN trip. Elijah was very helpful. We had a nice dinner at Aubreys. We had groceries delivered from Kroger and we got best price on gas at Kroger fuel.”

“My husband and I visited the Firefly to celebrate our marriage and we had a lovely time. It’s the perfect place to cozy up with a good book near the fire. We also brought our dog, and she probably had more fun than we did running around the yard. Overall, a great stay and we would absolutely come back. My only suggestion would be getting some new cooking utensils because the ones provided are a bit melted and chipping.”
