“Etablissement au top!!!très agréable séjour, piscine magnifique, spa, fabuleux. Le seul petit bemol c'est lors de 2 petits-déjeuners, des produits, de la vaisselle manquaient , le service avait du mal à suivre mais le personnel faisait son maximum, était très dévoué, je pense que seulement 2 personnes c'est bien trop juste au moment du rush. On recommande vivement cet Etablissement et espérons refaire une étape à l'Ours Blanc.”

It definitely deserves a big thumbs up! We visited on White Day, and there was a lot of snow! The sauna was fantastic, and the view was breathtaking!”

“Overall a vey high quality hotel. However, I had half board and although the quality of the food was excellent , I would have thought that dinner should give some options on the menu. They were happy to provide alternative if I had asked during the day. Butter should given with the bread instead having to ask each time. An additional cheese dish at 22 euros is a little expensive.”

La structure est relativement ancienne mais l'accueil est très sympathique et on s'y sent bien, l'équipe est chouette. Pour qq jours au grand air sans se compliquer la vie grâce à la demi pension tout en étant d'un tarif abordable c'est impeccable ! on reviendra !”
