Amazing staff and service.

"The staff and service can not be faulted here, everyone was so friendly and helpful and the place is beautiful with their 3 gardens and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the views. Restaurants served good food and they have 24 hour room service!"

"The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor ..."
