“離火車站步行五分鐘可達，職員提供旅遊卡可免費乘車到天鵝堡，購天鵝堡票亦有折扣，亦很專業地講解市內遊覽位置，介紹逛聖誕市集。房間干淨舒適，早餐豐富，但價錢較貴。”

“飯店的早餐好吃～停車位只要走一小段路～但是ＷＩＦＩ很弱～缺點是沒有電梯～所有行李都得用手提上樓～適合小行李的房客～”

“There are bed bugs/fleas and I was bitten, both my legs and arms. Bites are swollen and still in pain until now. Also, the male receptionist (or perhaps the owner) was very rude. When we asked politely regarding the transport card and were concerned whether the cards had to be returned to them unlike the other cards like Kaprun summer card and Hallstatt card, he bluntly said, "I DON'T CARE and I have paid 3 EUR for that." (exact wording used) We asked very politely and did not expect such a rude……

“The hotel was old, but the location of hotel is very nice, easy to get to old town area by walk. Poor WIFI connection, and some of Staffs was not really friendly. ”

“帶陽台的房間正對著湖，風景優美，出行方便，走2-3分鐘就有汽車站，早餐普普通通，整個湖邊都很大一個牛糞的味道。房間沒有熱水壺提供，問前台借了一個，感覺不太乾淨”

“Es gibt viele Dinge zu verbessern, zB auf sauberes Geschirr achten oder die Mühlen mit Salz und Pfeffer füllen; dies ist in meinen Augen ein Mindeststandard. Die Kurkarten wurden erst nach einem Tag ausgehändigt (Aufenthalt 2 Nächte) und auch nur durch Zufall, weil ich gerade eine halbe Stunde in der Wohnung war. ”

“跟網站圖片一樣，整體乾淨 接觸到的2位員工也很友善 離火車站，巴士站很近 步行距離五分鐘左右 酒店附近有時有噪音(酒店有提供耳塞)，不過個人覺得在可接受範圍內，沒有使用耳塞 不過酒店沒有電梯和電子鎖，房間需要用蠻重的鑰匙開門，比較不便”
