“Joanie was so welcoming and her property was incredible with an exceptional location. I spent a birthday here with friends and couldn’t have imagined a better property or a more attentive and generous host! 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants to spend time on the gorgeous Jersey shore. We would absolutely rent again!”

“Pro’s; home was very clean and ready upon arrival. All appliances inside and out were in working order, convenient and easy to use. Furniture and bedding was clean, comfortable and well organized. Home was well appointed with ample furniture and amenities. Very comfortable. Cons; outdoor pool area had quite a few weeds growing around the perimeter of the yard. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms did not have a dresser to store clothes in drawers. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink……

“You literally walk out the front door take a left and you are at the boardwalk steps. And in one minute you’re out on the beach.It is a very clean very nice place. However, we stayed during off-season. I can see where this would be a loud area to stay, especially with little children during high season due to the fact it is located next to one of the main parking areas for the boardwalk. If you have little ones or you like peace and quiet, after 10 o’clock, this may be a little louder than your……

“Overall my group had a great time, Rob is a very kind, reasonable, and responsive host, and the house came largely without any issues. The photos in this listing are probably the most effective use of wide-lens photography I've ever seen, and they make every space in this house look much larger than it actually is. We are not big people by any means, and I would say that 6 of us filled the place comfortably. Also, the living room is garden level so it doesn't get a ton of natural light, making……

“Everything was as advertised. The one bedroom duplex is ground level, so easy to unpack and pack the car, and our dog enjoyed watching the minimal activity out of the sliding glass door. On a cold weekend in March, it was everything we needed to have a place to stay with our not-so-kid-friendly, elderly dog while visiting family who have kids.”
