Zusätzlich stand die Ernte des kleinen Gemüsegartens zur freien Verfügung.”

The house is very well placed for day trips to beautiful villages like Sperlonga and Gaeta but also great to take the train to Rome for a visit. The pool is fantastic to relax but also large enough to do some actual swimming, and we were very happy that it contained salt instead of chloride. “Douche du RDC pleine de moisi. Pas d'eau chaude les 2 premiers jours. Peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine. Canapé en très mauvais état. Jacuzzi non fonctionnel dans une pièce insalubre. Piscine mal entretenue (on nous a promis un intervenant que l'on a jamais vu!). Impossible d'avoir le détail réel de notre consommation électrique (panneaux photovoltaïque? situés où?).1 matelas à l'étage à revoir. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at ll Casale. The views are amazing. We enjoyed our time in the pool and bbq ing in the evening. Paola was very helpful and friendly. We used the local shops at Piazza S Erasmo below the villa, the meat from the butcher Macelleria Davide was excellent and ate at Il Tempo Ritrovato in the square. You do need a car, but we did walk down and back to the square and Formia using the steep path outside villa. Ideal place for visiting Pompeii we caught the train there and also the……

“La maison est très bien. Grande, avec un bel espace intérieur et extérieur. De belles promenades à pied au départ de la maison. Et un accès très facile par la route pour rejoindre les sites que l'on veut visiter.”

“Wir waren zwei Wochen mit unserer sechsköpfigen Familie hier. Es ist ein traumhaft schöner Ort. Der Blick auf das Meer ist noch viel schöner, als man auf den Fotos erkennen kann. Der Pool ist groß und wunderbar, die Wiese gründ und saftig und der ganze Garten top gepflegt. Das Haus ist hochwertig und die Küche ist großartig - mit 5 Kochstellen auf dem Gasherd. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass das Haus überall mit Deko vollsteht und die Schränke zu 80 % "privat" belegt sind. Wir würden……
