“Was provided the password to the WiFi upon check-in, but it would not connect. Called the front office twice about 30 minutes apart to find out if it was down and let it ring at least 50 times each with no answer. Talked to same desk manager at check-in and maybe the owner/manager the next morning at check-out to complain. The owner/manager said I should have called and I told him I did with the details above. “The property is nice and quiet and clean. The price is right. The owners are from India and english isn’t their first language so when I couldn’t understand him, he told that it was my fault. This is the second time, first was at another hotel in the area. I will not stay at the other hotel. The owners were not accustomed to the Expedia system and there was a lot of screaming and yelling about my reservation.
