“This was such a cozy retreat for us. A glimpse back in time. Wonderful hosts with good communication. House was very clean and interesting. Beds comfortable and lots of blankets and linens. We just needed some extra sleeping space for our near by family Thanksgiving, but we ended up getting so much more!”

“I could live here! Quiet, beautiful. You can walk through the grass with no shoes. The river is wonderful. The girls (ages 5, 4 and 2) loved it. They said it is perfect, and they were never leaving. The guys had great fun fishing (ages 36, 12 and 12). I think the 12 yr olds caught the most. The home is nice, clean, and well furnished, kid and pet friendly. It was comfortable and conveniently located to Kingsport downtown area. We plan on staying again if we are ever in the area. ”

“What a lovely place to stay in the mountains of southwest Virginia. We visit BSG nearly every year for a family reunion. The only decent hotel in town has seen better days and we wanted something more comfortable. This trip was my 84 year old Dad and me.
