“My husband, myself and a friend had a nice time in this beautiful home! Home looks just like the pictures. It was a great location to town, a few minutes drive. Not too familiar with the area but it was very close to where I had to be. Great little coffee shops and restaurants in town. Like another visitor mentioned there is some road noise. Though it didn’t bother us and at night we used the white noise machine and heard nothing. Another person mentioned squeaky floors, yes they are older but……

“Kevin is a great host, house is exactly as advertised, spacious and clean. All amenities provided and location is close enough to everything you would want to do in the springs, as long as you have a car. I did not know there is no air conditioning in the house so be wary if you’re going the extreme heat, Kevin did arrange for a portable AC in one room and a cooling fan in another. ”

It’s not often we all get to be together so this was a very nice treat for the entire family to be able to be together and feel comfortable. The house was spacious and cozy. The backyard is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you would need. The house was very clean and tidy as well. ”
