“On a long distance drive glad to find this convenient hotel on the intersection between routes 81 and 77. We arrived late at night and left right after our 6:30 breakfast, but check in was fast and friendly, the standard chain hotel breakfast was ample and well laid out, the bed was comfortable, the shower good. Nothing special but just what we needed.”

“A very unique property. Non descriptive building upon arrival. One inside the architectural design was amazing. Exposed beams throughout, including the rooms. Exposed brick room walls and spacious rooms. However, sound insulation not good. Can easily hear other guests voices and tv’s. Rooms could use a little more bright lighting and a full length dressing mirror. Bed are extremely comfortable and amenity’s adequate. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only real issue being the hotel is close……

“The walls are wow super thin but the bed was comfy. The room smelled a little musty but everything was clean. There is a cobweb in one of the beams in the ceiling but that is the only downside. The decor seems fresh out of 1970? But to be this clean I don’t mind ”

“They did not have my Marriott membership number with my reservation. It is in my account,must not have been shared by Orbitz”

“Hotel is undergoing a renovation. Worker was running gas powered leaf blower outside our window in the evening while we were trying to wind down after driving all day. One elevator was out of service. The staff was very courteous and helpful during check in. Would stay here again as it is convenient access and egress from main highway. ”

“There was some renovations being made but our room was not bothered by it. There’s a nice restaurant (The Log House) nearby that is nice and unique.”
