Just 5 minute walk from amazing restaurants and shopping, this gem is just the right size for 2. Since it’s off college ave it is quite and private. A great space to spend the day relaxing before heading into town or to the nearby breweries.

This is such a great place! The location is perfect if you want to be in Old Town. Very well appointed, clean, and cozy! The owner Chistine was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we'll absolutely be back!!

This is a great spot to stay in Fort Collins. My only regret is that we didn’t get to spend more time in the rental. It would be a great spot to host a few people and entertain. We were within walking distance of many great shops, restaurants, and bars. It was easy to hop in the car and check out trails and other activities. If we ever make it back to Fort Collins, we will definitely stay here again!

In Fort Collins for wedding, this loft was in an ideal location at the end of Mountain Ave so no road noise! Within walking distance to everything in Old Town. Loved our stay at The Loft!

This is a stunningly l beautiful property in a fantastic location with access to downtown restaurants and events. The owners have thought of everything for their guests and were very good with arrival and departure communications. Instructions are available for equipment when they are needed. I can honestly say this is the first vacation rental I have stayed in where the photos exactly match reality! This place is in the perfect location - walking distance to everything you would need. It was super clean and so cute! An extra bonus was that the kitchen was fully stocked, including an honor system snack pantry and complimentary water in the fridge. Would love to stay here again!
