Close to the heart of Fort Collins public transportation (the Max), and the new CSU Football Stadium is just minutes away. Tyler, Old Town Avedon's Fort Collins native property owner, has many of his unique authentic Indonesian pieces throughout, including stunning 100 year old reclaimed teak counter tops and custom made kitchen cabinetry, all made by Tyler.

** The bathroom is sparkling new, new linens are provided. Queen size bed in master, 2 twin-size beds in second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
