These three neighboring townhomes near PVH offer comfort, convenience, and affordability for group travel. Just a short bike ride to Old Town, CSU, and top breweries, each features two private queen bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, modern appliances, and stylish furnishings. The shared yard includes lounge seating, a BBQ grill, yard games, and string lights—perfect for unwinding. Whether for adventure or relaxation, this is the ideal home base for your Fort Collins getaway.
This rental includes three neighboring townhomes, each with its own entrance just steps apart:

OUTDOOR LIVING: Shared backyard with BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and hammocks. Complimentary cruiser bikes are available for your use!
INDOOR LIVING: Each unit has a 50” Smart TV with complimentary Hulu, dining table with seating for 4-6, board games, and comfortable seating
KITCHEN: Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener.
BATHROOMS: There is a full bathroom in each unit, three total. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: Three dedicated parking spots and additional street parking

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

Whether you're traveling solo, with family, or as a large group, you can rent individual units or book multiple homes to fit your needs.
