“This place is such a surprise. The alley looked so sketchy, but then we opened the patio gates and found a nice spacious outdoor gathering space with lots of seating. The apartment is lovely. It has an open floor plan and amenities such as garbage disposal, dish washer, etc. Both the gate to the patio and the apartment lock so we felt safe there. “We LOVED our stay! Our family is from Iowa Falls and we came back for the Riverbend Rally Fourth of July celebration. This place was perfect for us! We had three adults and it had everything we needed for our trip. Love that it’s in a quiet town away from all the action but also a very short drive away.
