Friendly family managers greeted us at check-in. We requested a first floor room and they verified the room was clean before giving us the keys. The king bed room was large with a comfortable chair, fridge and microwave. There were nice lounge areas and chairs outside for relaxing or smoking. The breakfast was a nice set up with a hot area, waffles, drinks and cold options like yogurt. This is the nicest Ft Dodge hotel that I’ve stayed at in this price range. We will stay here again.

Had an issue with payment; then issue with communication discussing and owner was so professional and respectful it was error they caught fixed and refunded before I noticed and was so good at helping and explaining to me! Clean! Nice rooms! Comfy beds! Must stay at!!’

Room was very clean, shower, tub and sink were very clean and had very good water pressure. Walls looked like they were newly painted, carpet didn’t look worn or torn. Air conditioner worked great. Everything looked like it was well taken care of. Thanks for the cleanliness!
