“This place was very quaint. Our room was a bit small, the picture made the room look bigger than it was, The beach was a bit further than i thought because i miss read and thought we were on ocean front but at least we only had to cross the road, no counter space, and missing things that you find at any hotel but other than that , it had more postive than the negative. The room was super clean, quiet , and peaceful. The owners were very responsive, instructions clear to follow and above all……

“The Sea Cottages were perfect for our short stay in Fernandina Beach. The cottage was a great studio unit, very clean, and within walking distance of the beach. It was everything we needed on this trip.”

“Nice place to stay ”

“The property was located on a beautiful beach with stellar views. The beach access and pool area were convenient and pristine. The property was just a short drive from the historical district as well. Excellent experience.”

“The property was everything we needed. The location and amenities were great. This time of year, with the trees shedding, the pool probably needs to be maintained 2 x weekly but other than that, it was perfect. The response from the property management was amazing. Thank you for an awesome vacation!”

“The house was a little old and had a funny smell. The grass was in desperate need of cutting. There were people above us that you could hear walking around and I was by myself part of the time, so it was kind of creepy. But overall, it served the purpose. It was close to the beach (walking distance) and had good parking for two cars.If I had any questions, the host responded quickly. ”

“The condo is in great proximity to the beach. The walk was doable with two small kids and despite crossing a busy road, it never felt difficult or unsafe.The condo itself is a little outdated and felt dirty or not maintained. Some examples include one toilet if you didn’t pay attention, would keep running, the carpet seemed old/dirty, the patio was not swept and the furniture not comfortable. The beds and basic function of the condo were great and it was what we needed for a 5 day stay. ”

“Overall this property was perfect. My husband and I stayed here for a wedding and it was just right. I loved how easy check in and check out was and the property manager was so easy to get ahold of. They were always on top of everything with our special requests and honestly just great. We will definitely be booking with them again!”

“There were a few things that were very surprising and uncomfortable for us. First was the fact it was the last email that was sent to let me the final payment had been taken, that I noticed we didn’t have an elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. I’m not good with stairs at all, so I really didn’t come and go as much as I was aware I would have to go up the stairs to get back to our room. 2nd was there was no door on the bathroom in the main bedroom. This made for very uncomfortable for all……

“This condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and has everything we needed. The view was stunning. We will be back next year! We loved Amelia Island. ”

“We had an amazing Mother's Day weekend! You can't beat the location of this adorable place. The beach access is so easy and so close. We were able to sit on the large deck and enjoy the sounds of the ocean each morning. Everything you need is there. The only thing we missed were more mirrors. With 4 ladies getting ready, we needed more mirrors than the one in the bathroom, but that doesn't stop me from rating this with 5 stars! We would definitely stay again!”

“Everything was as described, perfect location for beach time. The only issue we had was the sliding door to the balcony was hard as heck to open and close, and we never could get it to close enough to lock it. Loved having heach towels, chairs, and umbrella for us to use!”

“This is one of our favorite spots! Great view of the dunes and the ocean from the second floor. Swimming pool almost out the back door. Whenever we have a question, Cindy is very quick to get back to us. We have been here before and hopefully coming back again next year.”

“I wanted an oceanfront condo with a pool and this one worked out well. The murphy bed was very comfortable and unit was very clean. I just sold my last rental property in the area so the only suggestion I would make to the owners is to add a grab bar in the shower. ”
