“The main room seemed clean enough. But the toilet was not attached to the floor! Moved so much I thought I was falling. There was pubic hair left in the tub and also found hair on the towels. ”

“It was a fantastic stay especially for the price. We travel a lot both in the US and out. We have stayed in much more expensive and “fancier” places but none beat the overall experience here. Service, comfort, cleanliness all were exceptional. We stayed 4 nights and every night was quiet and never heart any noises outside our room. The lady at the front desk (wish I had gotten her name) we an absolute jewel- super sweet and helpful. The breakfast was actually really good too. ”

“We were placed on ground floor next to trash can/smoking bin and stairs right at our front door. Even though it hot and humid outside, there were a lot of beetles and roaches at the our front door and not to mention a ferral cat near the trash bin and at our door. We had the air conditioning on the whole evening through morning and it was loud which in essence drowned out the noise from outside walkway traffic. The room though was very clean, but breakfast very limited and small area in front……

“Lady checking us in would not let us check in, saying we weren't over 21 even though we showed I.D... we ended up checking in but took 20 minutes of back and forth because she couldn't understand how to read the ID. This is the first time this has happened an we frequent this hotel often.”
