“Very affordable, especially for a family. Beds not very comfortable and had to clean up a little ourselves, but didn't mind. (They bought new mattresses but left the plastic on them, very hot for sleeping) ”

“Overall was good and we enjoyed our family visit. We were disappointed with lake levels at this time of year so lake could not be accessed from the property. Recommend checking USGS lake data before traveling with any watercraft. House was nice. Knotty pine paneling and ceiling were a great look Kitchen area was fairly well equipped. Comfortable family room as shown in photos on the site. Two bedrooms were great size. Two were quite small, but we made do. Parking was good. Covered……

This house is the perfect place for a get away; its layout and all of the little extras made it easy to unwind and enjoy the lake. “Was very please with the property it was in a small town right on the outside of town. Best part was having the Amish horse and buggies riding down the road each day. The hist was honestly amazing and accommodating. My best friend and her family live out side of fort plain NY, when I go up to visit this will be my go to house to rent. ”

“We had a group of 9 at the house for the weekend. It’s in a good location, about 10-15 mins to downtown Saratoga, SPAC, and the track. The heated pool is awesome, we spent a lot of time in it. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. Overall, I’d recommend this as a great place to stay. The only negative was the grill. We planned to use it but decided not to because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned this summer and we didn’t want to risk a grease fire.”
