“It was nice, cozy and calm. Just be aware that you are not in Shasta downtown and there is nothing around, so being there without a car is not ideal. ”

The kitchen was well-stocked - made pancakes, coffee, etc. The living room was comfortable with seating for our group plus two others that visited one day. We played games around the kitchen table. Several of our group enjoyed running on the roads in the area. Was nice that we could park in the garage!”

“This is a magical property. The grounds are gorgeous. And the house is comfortable and charming, with creative touches throughout. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. There’s even a sweet cat named Mittens who comes by to visit and hang out on the porch. The home could be further improved by more counter space in the bathroom. Otherwise it’s perfect. We plan on staying again! ”

The cottage was clean and had ample supplies for cooking our meals. We felt very safe and it was so quiet and peaceful. Our son enjoyed the pool and feeding the animals.
