Unfortunately, my stay was far from restful. The air conditioner in my room was broken, and I barely slept—miserable doesn’t even begin to describe it. Thankfully, the repair technician who came was kind and helpful, and I learned they actually offer 24-hour service (who knew?).
But just when I thought things might improve, the fire alarm went off the next morning at 8 AM—and kept blaring for 45 minutes. It was exhausting.
When I shared my experience with the front desk, I was offered points as compensation. I appreciated the gesture, but overall, the stay was disappointing.
