Upon arrival, we were told our check-in was at 4 PM, but even though we arrived at 4:30 PM, our room was not yet ready. As a courtesy for the inconvenience, we were granted an extra hour for check-out. While waiting, we took our bags to the beach and asked for beach chairs, which were supposed to be included with the resort amenities. However, the young men managing the chairs initially told us it would be $100 for two chairs. When we declined, they laughed and said they were joking. It felt like they were trying to hustle unsuspecting tourists, which left a bad impression.We finally received a call around 5:30 PM that our room was ready. The room itself was clean and had a great view. However, the bathroom design was not ideal — there was no shower door, and water would run along the shower curb, flooding the bathroom floor. We had to use several towels to manage the water.The next morning, we headed down to the pool but were told they were out of towels and that fresh ones would arrive at 8 AM. After waiting until 8:30 AM with no towels in sight, we ended up going to the beach instead and were finally able to get towels around 9:45 AM on our way back.One major downside was the valet parking, which costs $55 per night. Not only is the price high, but the service was also slow, especially during busy morning hours when many guests were checking out or leaving.All in all, our experience at B Ocean Resort was average.
