Check in is at 4 upon arrival there were a lot of guests ready to check in only to be told the rooms were still not ready and would be past the check in time. We did not receive our room until late and the room was still dirty. The floor was wet and towels looked like they had been used and the toilet would shoot up water when flushed. I noticed on my card a couple hours later I had the charge I agreed to pay through Expedia and another nearly 400$ in charges which better drop. When I went to the desk I was told NO MANAGER ON DUTY until Monday this was Saturday. How do you not have a manager on duty at the hotel? The room air conditioning was broke and 75 degrees in the room in Florida heat which is so unacceptable and unsafe.

To start off the room was not cleaned well. Used bars of soap from previous guest were still in the shower. I don’t blame the staff though, I blame the hotels no cleaning policy. My husband and I stayed there 5 nights and were told that we could only have our room cleaned for additional fee.( I have a picture of it posted in the bathrooms). In addition to that you had to type in an 8 digit code to use the elevators or have their app downloaded, the problem with that is you typically lose service on the elevator so you better remember that code. If not or your phone is dead then you’re locked out. I would not book this hotel again.

The room was outstanding. The bed, the balcony, and the shower was amazing! Best hotel shower ever haha water pressure was amazing! Only 2 things that I didn’t like, was the crosswalk by our room talks haha so it’s loud and you can hear it. Not horrible tho. Still slept like a baby, also the pool area wasn’t very clean. No towels were avaiable, and someone took off their fake nails and left them on the side of the pool. Who does that lol overall I would stay here again!!! No problem and every staff member that I seen was friendly and upbeat! Thank you

Wonderful stay . Safe, clean, quiet and has all the amenities. Beach is 10 min away . Fridge is a little small, and there’s no microwave in room . Great view from rooftop pool and restaurant. Overall I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Personnel peu accueillant, pas du tout à la hauteur d’un hôtel de cette catégorie. Nous avons voulu prolonger notre séjour, on nous a d’abord renvoyés vers Expedia puis vers Marriott, avant que je sois obligé d’insister pour qu’ils s’en occupent enfin eux-mêmes. On m’a dit que je ne pouvais pas rester dans ma chambre actuelle car d’autres clients arrivaient, mais au lieu de nous faire déménager, il aurait suffi de donner la nouvelle chambre aux nouveaux arrivants. Fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain et les toilettes signalée trois fois, jamais réparée. Problème avec le coffre-fort à notre arrivée, réglé seulement le lendemain. Le personnel n’est pas réactif et donne l’impression que tout est compliqué. Seul point positif : le balcon et l’espace dans la chambre.
