This is the fifth time that I have stayed in this hotel and all were pleasant visits until this stay. I understand that check in time is at 4pm, but my flight landed at 10am. My bags were secured and I was able to use the amenities at the facility and I appreciate that but at 3:47 I went to the counter to ask if our room was ready and was told that inspection had to take place and I was fine with that. However, as I proceeded to sit down, I noticed that a HUGE line had formed at the check in counter. Inquired if the line was to receive room keys and was told “Yes,” My next question was if the CSR was issuing room keys. He replied that the individuals inline had pre-checked in and that he was helping guests in the order that they completed their pre-check in.

Long before everyone else and that I had JUST inquired about my room at 3:57 and was not advised to just stay at the counter 3 minutes until it was 4pm. Today was not the best experience that I had with the staff here
