I have numerous complaints and I asked a manager to contact me but never did. We stayed and were checked in by Danny on 5/4/25. He said he was going to put us on the 0500 shuttle to the airport. We get to the room to see the tv does not work, having 2 children under 2 and it raining out, this was needed. We called and they said someone would be in, in 30 mins and would come up. We then were getting the kids ready for bed, pulled down the blankets to find and old food wrapper with crumbs in it.
I called down to double check that we were on the shuttle. The lady giggled and said “please excuse Danny, he didn’t put you on”. She was so rude. I asked if there was any accommodation she could make being that this was a mistake on their part. She kept getting loud and just saying just get on the 4am or get an uber, I gave up on having her accommodate us. I then told her how no one has come to fix tv and let her know about the dirty bed. She sent someone that couldn’t speak English to us. He through a rolled up sheet on the bed. Said “be back” then nothing. This was horrible, dirty and just rude!
When we came down to check out and go catch our Uber (5/5/25 @ 0455), the lady was on the phone yelling at someone and wouldn’t pay us any mind. I can’t believe I spent money to be treated like this and stay here.
