Neighbor was loud all night. Tv has only 1 channel. Cleaning detergent smell unbearable. Towels were dirty and worn. Bathrokm door wont close. They wouldnt let us check in 1 minute before 4pm even when its available! No laundry, no nothing. Even street racing at night!

La chambre était assez spacieuse. Le monsieur à notre arrivé était très gentil. Le motel était à 15 minute en auto de la plage environ. Par contre, je ne resterai pas dans l'hébergement plus d'une journée. La zone ne m'inspirait pas confiance. Le wifi était mauvais.

The pictures are very misleading! The woman at the front desk was very friendly. The room was very run down. Bathroom cabinets were chipped and in bad shape. Bed was ok. Exterior door was not fitted well, and you could see light from the street on the edges of the door. I want actually convinced that it was locked. Had it not been midnight, we would have left.

I like how everything was close by but the hotel did smell like Clorox as soon as we came in and the sheets and curtains had holes so we didn’t use it. But mainly the floor was really dirty and our feet’s would turn black if we walked around barefoot. Also just smelled like Clorox and abit sticky.

This property is the worst place to stay. Dirty bad manner staff and make credit card copies think this is illegal because they keep the copies without reason. I didn’t stay as soon as I saw the conditions this is a motel not a hotel so was wrongly placed at Expedia and want my money back. Stay away from this place

The property was dirty, it took me over an hour to check in. And was not what they portrayed to be!

NOT as advertised at all! I sent a message before I left the property to cancel our return trip! On the cruise I heard nothing as I did not have internet! I have some photos to send! Sink handle came off in our hands, a dirty towel was under the sink, microwave glass dish had melted cheese in it, no coffee in the rm, no cups or plastic glasses for water! Hard old wooden chairs to sit on!

The first thing was the BED BUGS there were bed bugs all over our beds. Then when we advised management of the bed bugs they told me it would take a week to have a pest control come and determine if they were bed bugs and if they were we might get a refund we were in that property less than 10 minutes and wanted to leave and they gave us a runaround for 2 hours about not getting us refund it is not a safe area It misrepresents its destination on their site The customer service The property was not clean very cluttered Outlets were out of the wall in the lobby they had a garage door beeper when you walked in to tell them you were there.
