The overall experience of the Ritz was great. The staff was very helpful and alway greeting you with a smile. The location was great with small kids.I can see why the owners bought the suite. The layout of the suite was great and we all enjoyed it.The cleanliness of the suite was not up to par. We showed up to a dirty room-initially looked clean but carpets were barely vacuumed, stains/smears all over cabinets, bed sheets full of crumbs and weird hairs. We reached out to the property managers and all they wanted to do was put a band-aide on things and throw gift cards at us (which we never received) and send people out and not address the situation. They did come back and clean but it wasn’t up to good standards. Once again nothing against the owners of the suite I just feel if you are staying at the ritz you should at least get a clean space.

Smooth from the minute we arrived to the day we departed. Exceptional location just steps from the ocean and the beach, exceptional home with amazing views to the west, the marinas and the sunsets. Cannot wait to return.
